I cannot even begin to express how amazing the team were. We needed someone to come in straight away due to having both the en-suite and main bathroom showers leaking. Keith came out that afternoon (Monday) and provided a quote and a time frame to have both showers re grouted using epoxy grout, and replacing a few tiles.

En-suite was completed on the Friday. We then decided to re-tile the main bathroom shower. The shower was gutted, rendered, and water proofed on the Monday. He had someone come in on the Thursday and tile it with some gorgeous brilliant white tiles. We weren’t expecting the grout to be done until Saturday, but got a message Friday asking if we were available for that afternoon.

Keith and his team have been beyond amazing and exceeded all expectations. Their communication was amazing, he made us feel at ease, and explained everything and was more than happy enough to answer all my questions.

Our showers were badly in need of some serious help. There were cracks in the grout, We were forever fighting mouldy grout and water leaking out onto the Bathroom floor. The Ensuite had obviously been “Repaired” before we moved in and the grout just kept slowly crumbling. We knew we needed something other than just being patched up that’s why we chose “Epoxy Sealed”. Keith came out and gave us a free quote and lots of information, he also did something we didn’t expect when he finished he regrouted around the benchtops and bath.
